Tai Chi has been described as an internal martial art used to improve health. Movements flow slowing from one to the next as you move the hands, feet and shift weight. It's a moving meditation.

Tai Chi Easy is a modified Tai Chi program that allows for easy application into your daily routine. Traditional Tai Chi focuses on precision with 25+ movements. Tai Chi Easy can be learned by anyone, in any physical condition, anywhere. No experience necessary, no special equipment needed. The movements will be standing, not moving the feet.
Tai Chi Easy runs in 5 weekly, one hour sessions. We learn:

How to relax!
Qigong is the umbrella which Tai Chi is under. Qigong is individual movements focused on self healing and inner growth.
Many of the movements in the Tai Chi Easy program are Qigong movements.
This practice can be taken to increasingly deeper levels of meditation and healing.
